JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are parents-in-law of the informant who earlier filed complaint case on 19.06.2014 which was converted into police case i.e Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014. Prior to filing of the present Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014, the informant filed complaint case no. 1856C of 2012 on 8.8.2012 i.e one day after when she was ousted from her matrimonial home but in the aforesaid case she has nowhere stated about the story of rape.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53748 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Bettiah , West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014.
