====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Considering the order passed by the respondents deciding the claim of the petitioner and granting him the benefit with effect from the date of joining i.e. 20th of April, 2015 now only on account of the fact that the benefit as granted to Kamdeo Prasad Yadav has not been granted, I see no reason to initiate any action for contempt. In case the petitioner feels that his claim has been improperly rejected and he is entitled to the benefit as was granted to Respondent No. 5 in the writ petition
