2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the decision of the Division Bench, vide judgment dated 09.09.2014 passed in LPA No.1057 of 2011.

3. The petitioners seek to file comprehensive

Patna High Court CWJC No.4006 of 2020(5) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 representation before the Secretary-cum-Director, Science and Technology Department, Government of Bihar.

4. In case the petitioners file their representation, the case of the petitioners is required to be considered in the light of judgment dated 09.09.2014 passed in LPA No.1057 of 2011 expeditiously without any further delay considering the fact that the writ petition is pending since the year, 2020.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
