2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436, 379, 354(B), 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working in Saudi Arabia and therefore he could not surrender within time and pray for bail.
4. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 03.09.2024 having clean antecedent.
5. Considering the allegation and the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Nawadah in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017.
7. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner will surrender his passport so that the trial is not hampered.
8. The petitioner may move the trial Court for permission to go abroad after framing of charge. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
