2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2014 in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 307 and 302 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no eye witness to the occurrence. There is also no post mortem report.

4. Having regard to the nature of direct accusation of having sprinkled oil on the victim and she was set on fire by co-accused Kalicharan Dom, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
