The petitioner was appointed as Block Health Manager and continued for eight years. On the basis of a complaint, an enquiry was conducted, whereafter, the petitioner was dismissed from service. Against that, the petitioner filed appeal before the appellate authority and the appellate authority order contained in Memo No. 7146 dated 26.2.2018 allowed the appeal and remanded back the same to the original authority.

In view of the above, let the original authority should decide the matter of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
