Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatty (Sanichari) P.S. Case no. 183 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the deceased was married with the petitioner in December, 2019 and she died on 15.5.2020 and the informant alleges that his daughter was killed as dowry demand was not fulfilled as such the court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
