2. The petitioners have approached this Court against the order dated 22.12.2022 passed in Appeal No. 84 of 2021 by the State Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by the impugned order passed by the State Appellate Authority, the order passed by the District Appellate Authority dated 10.08.2019 in Case No. 7 of 2018 has been set aside and the matter has been remanded back to the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that after remand, the new case number has been registered before the District Appellate Authority bearing Case No. 4 of 2023.

5. The District Appellate Authority may be directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No. 2835 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 dispose of the case within a reasonable time frame.

6. Taking into consideration, the nature of prayer made by the petitioners, the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga is directed to dispose of the Case No. 4 of 2023 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. With this direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
