2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, while the informant had gone to buy bread, accused persons including the petitioner surrounded the informant took out the pistol and fired to kill the informant. One bullet hit the left sole and second bullet hit the right knee. The petitioner is in jail since 19.08.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
