Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she never made any protest while the petitioner carried her on bike to Sitamarhi and thereafter to Muzaffarpur and then to Samastipur and thereafter by train to Delhi.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was a consenting party and nothing more is alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
