ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Pakridayal P.S. case No.126 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari.

Considering that the Petitioner was caught right at the spot, where the robbery was committed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge if his case is not bifurcated for the said purpose.
