This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonbarsa PS Case No. 222 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 336 and 418 of the Indian Penal Code ,Sections 18A, 18B, 27(6)(ii), 28, and 28A of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 36A of the NDPS Act. It is alleged that 19 bottles of Corex Cough Syrup were seized in the instant case which is also used as intoxicated substance. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.12.2018.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge, Sitarmarhi in connection with Sonbarsa PS Case No. 222 of 2018.
