2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 10 of 2023 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 745 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim girl aged about fifteen years.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 5.6.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
