Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed several representations before the District Education Officer, Patna and the Principal Secretary, Human Resource Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for release of the fund in different heads to the school. It is further submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Human Resource Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
