ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of recovery from the possession of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the Trial.
