The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai town P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the police having caught the petitioner and on search, one country made pistol loaded with three cartridges were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent as well as languishing in custody since 28.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10572 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 petitioner on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months of his custody from the date of his arrest i.e. 28.09.2019, subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018.

With the aforesaid directions, the present bail petition is disposed of.
