Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she clearly stated that she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner by her own sweet will. The victim was found major in medical examination.
