Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to prosecution case, he submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith co-accused have withdrawn Rs. 1, 18, 000/- from the account of Girija Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is illiterate and the allegation of forgery and illegal withdrawal of amount is totally false and except confessional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9413 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 statement to the police there is no other material to connect this petitioner in the commission of offence.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2018. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S.
