2. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the case in between the petitioner and the informant has been compromised. It is also submitted that it is a case registered under Section 304, 109 and 34 of the IPC, as such is not a case of murder.

3. On which the learned APP submits that since the case has been compromised in that event the petitioner should surrender before the learned Trial court and seek regular bail, if the informant does not object.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
