The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019 in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No.4/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365,364,302 of the IPC. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55235/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Shanti Devi has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No.56624/2019 vide order dated 18.12.2019. He thus submits that the petitioner may be granted the said benefit. Considering the period of custody and also the order dated 18.12.2019 referred to hereinabove, let the petitioner
