Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Teni Manjhi who was caught on the spot.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having similar allegation co-accused Rocky Dom has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Rampur P.S. Case no. 172/2015.
