Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 501 of 2018 for the offence under sections 307, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant of this case is brother-in-law of the petitioner. Allegation against these petitioner is that at his instance firing was made on the informant. Although, the informant has not identified the assailant but he suspected that this petitioner is behind the firing.

Considering suspicion raised by the informant and the fact that petitioner and informant are relatives and also

No.9855 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 considering the fact that similarly circumstanced others have been granted bail, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/c Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
