The claim of the petitioner that her two answer sheets have not been duly evaluated by the Bihar School Examination Board does not appear to be correct. There is nothing to show that the marks, which has been awarded to the petitioner, is less than her actual performance in the examination.

The petitioner is present in court, who accepts that these are her answer sheets.
