2. The present petition has been filed with a prayer for extension of time for making deposit of the requisite amount by the petitioner in terms of order dated 04.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 14175 of 2014 .

3. It is submitted that the petitioner could not make the deposit of the money within time in view of the prolonged treatment of his aunt suffering from cancer for which huge amount had to be arranged for getting her treated at AIIMS, New Delhi. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.261 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 is further stated that the petitioner's aunt has since died by cancer on 17.10.2014.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, the order dated 04.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No.14175 of 2014 is modified to the extent that the time for deposit of Rs. 73,000/- is extended by a period of two weeks from today.

5. The petition stands allowed.
