JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47 of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of 49 bottles containing 200 ML each and 8 bottles containing 400 ML each country made liquor from the shop of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
