JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order dated 25.5.2017 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua is not being complied with.

If that be the submission, then the petitioner has the remedy of filing an execution petition for execution of the said order before the said appellate authority. In such view of the matter, the learned Senior counsel submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the said appellate authority for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17393 of 2017(3) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 execution of the order dated 25.5.2017.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps for redressal of his grievances before the Appellate Authority. In case the petitioner approaches the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall ensure compliance of its order dated 25.5.2017 within a period of six weeks thereafter.
