2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 125 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have given forged documents for her appointment as a teacher.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a woman and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda/concerned court below in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 125 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the BNSS.
8. The petitioner will cooperate in the investigation.
