JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected and furthermore, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the matter is pending for recording the defence evidence. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2013 arising out of Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2007 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bihar Sharif at Nalanda is again rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.249 of 2015 (7) dt.16-04-2015 However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of above stated Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2013 arising out of Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2007 within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously.
