2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decisions of this Court contained in Annexures P-9, P-11 and P-11/A and as such, he submits that this application may also be disposed of in similar language.

3. Without going to the merit of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is found identical/similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 76 of 2009 (Annexure P-9), C.W.J.C. No. 18490 of 2008 (Annexure P-11) and C.W.J.C. NO. 18960 of 2008 (Annexure P-11/A), then they will pass appropriate order, extending the same benefit which was available to the petitioners of the aforesaid writ applications as contained in Annexures P-9, P-11 and P-11/A. Such exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
