In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhanwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

About 445 pieces of Crazy Romeo Whisky each containing 180 ml were recovered from a Tempo and two persons, including this petitioner have been arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named

No.12633 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on his personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhanwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, subject to the condition that if the petitioner is found involved in similar type of case in future, the prosecution will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of his bail bond.
