2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jhajha PS Case No.194 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024, instituted under Sections 147,148,149,341,323, 307, 379, 452 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case in brief, is that on 15-05-2024, at around 12:00 PM, the accused petitioners, along with others, forcibly entered the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting his brother, Bittu Kumar, father, Kamal Yadav, and relatives Anshu Kumar, Suresh Yadav, and

It is further alleged that Bablu Sinha and Dharma Paswan were armed with revolvers, while petitioner no.1, namely, Randhir Paswan and petitioner no.2, namely, Praveen Paswan caught hold all the informant's brothers from behind. It is further alleged that Dharma Paswan and Bablu Sinha, with the intent to kill, assaulted Bittu Kumar, Anshu Kumar, and Ranjan Kumar with the butt of their revolvers, causing severe head injuries and profuse bleeding. When the informant's mother tried to intervene, she was also assaulted, and her gold chain and gold lori were forcibly snatched by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners rather the specific allegation are attributed against co-accused Dharma Paswan and Bablu Sinha, who allegedly assaulted the informant, Bittu Kumar, Anshu Kumar, and Ranjan Kumar with the butt of a revolver, causing head injuries and profuse bleeding. Further submission is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated due to a land dispute and there is no direct involvement of the the petitioners in the alleged occurrence. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Jamui, in Jhajha PS Case No.194 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
