The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2013 arising out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No.142 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regarding being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 27th September, 2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41930 of 2013, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within one year from today, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
