JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 23.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The recovery is of 3.3 kg of Ganja from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is made from the joint family house. The petitioner is aged about 80 years, statement to that effect has been made in para 10 of the petition. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery and age of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
