The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Patna Junction Railway P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 19 liters of foreign liquor from the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, Special Case No. 332 of 2019.
