Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.10.2014 in a case registered under section 302/34 of the IPC on the accusation that he as well as other FIR named accused assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps. In post mortem examination, no external injury was found on the person of deceased and cause of death is said to be cardiac arrest. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Gorea Kothi P.S. Case no. 138/2014.
