Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased, who is in custody. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.10.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
