The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioners tried to outrage the modesty of daughters of informant and when informant protested the accused persons assaulted and threatened her.

It is submitted that earlier mother of petitioner lodged a case against the informant and others bearing PS Case No. 49 of 2020 on 19.02.2020. Both parties are neighbours and due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10291 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 petty dispute altercation took place between the parties. All the sections are bailable except 354(B) and 379 of IPC which were added only to make the case grave.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
