Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 (i) (x) (xi) (xii) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration that victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she voluntarily solemnized her marriage with the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S.
