JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is allegation against petitioner that he along with other co-accused opened fire, causing fire-arm injury on the left heel of informant's minor daughter but learned counsel for the petitioner points out that only one injury has been found on the person of the injured and the said injury is simple in nature, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
