It is stated therein that vide Office Order No. 1856 dated 20.07.2019 a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lacs) has been sanctioned as per guidelines and the Electrical Executive Engineer has been directed to make payment thereof.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the petitioner has been paid the sanctioned amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lacs) vide Cheque No. 056261 dated 26.07.2019.
