Taking into consideration that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case no. 35/2015.
