Considering the fact that in paragraph No. 2 of the order, dated 30.11.2015, the expression, "appropriate application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C." ought to have been recorded as "revision under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C.", and in paragraph 4 of the said order, the expression, "Section 482 of the Cr.P.C." ought to have been recorded as "Section 397 of the Cr.P.C." it is hereby, in the interest of justice, directed that the expression, "appropriate application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C", and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1243 of 2015 (3) dt.08-12-2015 the expression "Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.", appearing in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the order, dated 30.11.2015, shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as "revision under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C" and "Section 397 of the Cr.P.C."
