An appropriate writ/order/s direction/s commanding the respondents no.1 to 5 not to disturb the right as well as peaceful possession of the petitioner over a land pertaining to Khata No. 4, Khesra No. 701 and 1751 in Mauza-Korihar, Raxaul, District-East Champaran, which has been settled by the State of Bihar under re-hablitation after removal of their houses besides road and respondent threats to remove in garb of encroachment.

An appropriate writ for direction to the respondents not to create trouble without any cogent reason on behest of respondent no. 6 as they used to make threat the petitioner to dispossess him over the land which was settled since long and the respondent no. 6 taking help of officials respondents wanted to grab the land of the petitioner getting him dispossessed over the settled land in garb of encroachment.
(C). An appropriate writ for directing the specially respondent no. 4 not to take coercive step against the petitioner and direction may be given not to dispossess him over the land."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
