The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 51A of 2018 registered under Sections 420/384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7/8/9/13(i)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the present case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9388 of 2019(5) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, VigilanceI, Patna in connection with Special Case No.51A of 2018 arising out of Maigra P.S.
