Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband of the petitioner, who is co-accused, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of demand of more dowry and torture to the victim by saying that son of the petitioner would be married with another

Considering grant of bail to the husband of the petitioner, who is also bearing identical allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.04 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
