JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in kidnapping the boy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2019. He submits that the petitioner is a close agnate of co-accused with whom there is a land dispute since long.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
