The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.07.2015 in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case no.93/15 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a/26(I)(II) of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
