One country made Katta loaded with one live cartridge and one mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking into consideration as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.292 of 2015.
