2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023 dated 30.07.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 354, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather it is general and omnibus in nature. No specific overt-act against the petitioner and there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons, namely, Rohit Kumar and Akash Kumar @

No.11592 of 2024(4) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 Avinash Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 81011 of 2023 and also another co-accused, namely, Raj Yadav @ Tribhuwan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.12.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 84596 of 2023 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has one criminal case against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
