JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14/08/2014 in a case registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant has given his Auto Rickshwa to the petitioner to ply on payment of Rs. 5,000/- per month as rent but subsequently the petitioner got the auto rickshaw disappear.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no document to show that auto rickshaw was handed over to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51717 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 847 of 2013.
